How minimum fees work

Each fee is the percentage or the minimum, whichever is higher. The customer fee is 7.5% or £2.00 — so the minimum applies to bookings under £26.67. The provider fee is 5% or £1.50 — so the minimum applies to jobs under £30.00. On smaller jobs this means the fee is a higher share of the price.
